Asphalt Plants

In almost every Lubrication Engineers territory, there is a wide variety of road construction and paving equipment operations. Their chief responsibility is to build and repair roads. The material used in such operations encompasses a wide range of items that eventually find their way into the paving material known as asphalt.

There are paving companies that have operations on a small scale, while others are quite large in their operation and capabilities. Regardless of their size, the asphalt material used in their process comes from an asphalt plant. Larger paving companies may own their own asphalt plants.

Our lubricants, which include the line of LOW TOX® Hydraulic and Turbine Oils (6411, 6412, 6413, 6414, 6601, 6602, 6604) are ideally suited for the demanding requirements of asphalt operation.

 

• 1250 & 1251 ALMASOL® High Temperature Lubricant
  Recommended where a high temperature grease is required, such as kiln car bearings, oven conveyors, asphalt plants, soot blowers & similar applications.
• 1299 ALMAPLEX® Ultra-Syn Lubricant
  A full synthetic, specially formulated Aluminium Complex grease. Made with a special blend of 100% synthetic based fluids. Excellent performance under extreme operating conditions.
• 9102 SYNTEMP® Synthetic Lubricant
  Aerosol lubricant for use on open gears, chains, cables, sprockets, slides & dozens of other applications. Resists high temperatures, won't run & melt.
• 9901 ALMASOL® SYNTEMP® Lubricant
  High temperature EP synthetic grease. Recommended for high temperature open gears, sliding surfaces & low speed plain bearings.
