Chains

Chains come in varying designs and are found in most industries. Chains pose a unique set of lubrication requirements when designing an adequate and effective chain lubrication system.
The main factors affecting chain lubrication are access, speed, temperatures, contamination, safety and cleanliness.

It is essential that the lubricant – oil or grease – penetrates the pin and bush region and that adequate lubrication also gets to the sprockets.
