Hauling

Logging seldom can occur at the site of the sawmill, woodyard or papermill. Therefore trucks are utilized to haul the logs to the woodyard or mill. These trucks are subjected to the absolute toughest operating environment in which a truck can operate. They encounter steep uphill and downhill grades, potholes, stumps, logs, mud, dirt, water, heat and snow. Couple this with low-speed operation and severely heavy loads and one can recognize the valuable role Lubrication Engineers lubricants can play in minimizing wear and replacement costs while maximizing productive uptime. Any Lubrication Engineers success in heavy equipment is applicable in hauling.
