Lubrication Engineers' industrial oils cover a wide range of applications. While often thought of as Industrial Plant products, Lubrication Engineers industrial oils also have a wide variety of uses in mobile equipment, construction equipment & other "non-plant" areas.

Lubrication Engineers offers MULTILEC®, a unique, proprietary industrial oil that can be used for air compressors, hydraulic systems, bearings and R&O gears - truly a "one product does it all" solution for maximum product consolidation.

Air Compressor

• 6260 MONOLEC® Centrifugal Compressor Oil
  A high quality compressor oil designed specifically for use in centrifugal air compressors, excellent performance in the presence of water and high temperature. LE6260 will reduce the formation of dangerous carbon deposits. 
• 6801 - 6807 MULTILEC® Industrial Oil
  A truly multi-functional, heavy-duty R&O (rust & oxidation) and AW (anti-wear)industrial oil suitable for air compressors, hydraulics, bearings, industrial turbines and R&O gear applications. Proven over many years in high pressure screw compressor applications, this product will allow extended drain intervals (8-15,000hours) with the use of oil analysis while extending seperator life and eliminating varnish & sludge build up.
• 6401 - 6407 MONOLEC® R & O Compressor/Turbine Oil
  For steam-turbo generators, smaller industrial turbines, reciprocating & rotary compressors, vacuum pumps, gear & bearing applications & circulating systems.

High Temperature Chain Lubes

• 2700 ALMASOL® Oven Chain Lubricant
  An oven chain lubricant that penetrates completely into the pins & bushings of the chain & has the ability to withstand heat without oxidising up to 482°C.
• 2799 ALMASOL® High Temperature Chain Lubricant
  Premium grade, high temperature chain lubricant containing LE's exclusive wear reducing additive ALMASOL®. Will not gum or char, offering maximum migration into chain pins. For application to hot chains at 121°C to 246°C.
• 9963 SYNOLEC® Lubricant
  Exceptionally stable pure synthetic oil for chains, conveyors, sealed bearings & similar applications in high temperatures.
• 9965 MONOLEC® High Temperature Oven Chain Lubricant
  Specially formulated oven chain lubricant made from select synthetic base fluids. Lubrication Engineers 9965 effectively lubricates oven chains to provide reduced wear, lower friction, resistance to moisture & corrosion and reduced power consumption.

• 4010, 4020, 4030 QUINPLEX® White Oil
• AQIS Type A, MAF C15, NSF & USDA H1 Approved Lubricants for food processing equipment. Excellent non-foaming & lubricating characteristics.
• 4046 QUINPLEX® Synthetic Food Grade Oil
  AQIS Type A, MAF C15, NSF & USDA H1 Approved Lubricants for food processing equipment. Contains Lubrication Engineers' proprietary additive QUINPLEX® & an anti-microbial agent.
• 4058 QUINPLEX® Penetrating Oil & Lubricant
  AQIS Type A, MAF C15, NSF & USDA H1 Approved Lubricant is an outstanding food grade, penetrating oil & lubricant. Works quickly to dissolve rust & free-up frozen parts.
• 4059 QUINPLEX® Penetrating Oil & Lubricant
  Outstanding aerosol food grade penetrating oil & lubricant. Formulated from USP Grade Mineral Oils & other AQIS Type A, MAF C15, NSF & USDA H1 components.
• 4201- 4204 White Utility Oil
  Food & USP Grade White mineral oil containing no additives. Authorized for use under USDA inspection & Grading Programmes. Rated H1 by the USDA.
• 6751 H1 Machine Oil
  Developed specifically for use in Manzel Lubrication System of Angelus Seamers. NSF & USDA H1 for food processing equipment.

Heat Transfer Oil

• 6733 Heat Transfer Oil
  A synergistic blend of highly refined paraffinic base oil & additives designed to provide low volatility, oxidation resistance & cleanliness in hot oil heat exchange systems. It is formulated to provide long service life & excellent thermal efficiency.

Hydraulic

• 4932 - 4935 All-Purpose Hydraulic Oil
  Anti-wear hydraulic oil designed with additives that offer excellent rust protection, strong anti-wear properties & superior thermal stability. Contains select paraffinic base stocks which provide high oxidation resistance.
