Four IHI SKA881 pneumatic pumps complete with air service unit and solenoid valves mounted in a protective enclosure for installation on a Banbury Mill at a major Australian tyre manufacturer.

This fully PLC controlled and monitored spray lubrication system provides lubricant to six open gears on a cardboard manufacturing machine. Incorporated within the enclosure are two air service units and two air solenoid valves. The Model IHI SKA881 air pump feeds lubricant to the ‘B’ series distributor block . Air cylinders (not visible) monitor the air supply to the spray nozzles.
