Transport
For over forty five-year, Lubrication Engineers have demonstrated to small owners and operators, as well as large fleet companies, the many cost saving performance benefits of our lubricants. In today's competitive market, it is becoming more difficult for owners and operators to be profitable due to fierce competition. Therefore, they are constantly looking at ways to lower the overall costs.
Lubrication Engineers oils have proved to last longer in service. Therefore, drain intervals can be safely extended because of our powerful long drain package. Less lubricant is consumed and fewer man-hours are necessary to change the oil. All together, this yields lower costs for which owner and operators are appreciative. The vast majority of owners and operators in the territory may haul freight, gravel, dirt, logs, prepared foods, construction materials etc. for someone else. They are generally termed "for hire" carriers. They may operate interstate, intrastate or at local levels.
All operators are result conscious. The successful operators are these who get the job done on time, with the fewest costs involved. These operators make the most profit. Our lubricants will prove their value in terms of longer equipment life and substantial dollar savings resulting from reduced downtime through longer effective equipment life. When all is said and done INCREASED PROFITS is what Lubrication Engineers has to offer the fleet operator.
Long vehicle life and efficient, economical operation are most important in the minds of owner and operators. Trucks must be in top running condition to insure a profit. Just as an owner and operator would not buy the cheapest truck only to have it fall apart a few miles down the road, they do not select lubricating oils and greases on a basis of cost. Price enters the picture only as a portion of total costs.
Lubrication Engineers offers a full line of custom-built lubricants that insure optimum performance in all truck applications.
For engine crankcases (gasoline, diesel and LPG), Lubrication Engineers recommends:
For differentials, we recommend the following products:
- 1604, 1605 and 1606 DUOLEC ™ Vari-Purpose Gear Lubricant
- 703 & 704 MONOLEC® Gear Lubricant
- 9920 SYNOLEC® Gear Lubricant
For transmissions, we recommend:
Lubrication Engineers also has a quality line of premium greases. For chassis and bearings, wheel bearings, king pins and U-Joints, we recommend:
For fifth wheels, we recommend:
We also offer an important fuel supplement. The 2300 L-X® Heavy-Duty Chemical Supplement is for use in gasoline engines. This power releasing fuel and oil supplement which cleans internal engine parts, prevents carbon and gum deposits on rings, plugs, injectors, pistons, valves, carburettors and PCV valves.
Lubrication Engineers oils last longer in service. Therefore, the drain interval can be safely extended because of our powerful long drain package. Less lubricant consumed and fewer man-hours are necessary to change oil, which yields lower costs. By extending drain intervals, YOU gain the following benefits:
- Reduced lubricant consumption
- Makeup oil can be reduced up to 50% based on field tests, and even more in actual usage
- Reduced labour costs
- Extended drain intervals mean fewer oil changes-that means less time spent changing the oil
- Improved fuel economy
- Reduced friction results in more miles per gallon
